Snack Bag Sponsorship

• Your name/logo (hyperlinked) on the dedicated event page, and mentioned in every email blast that goes out.

• Your name/logo on all snack bags.  NOTE: Snack bags/boxes must not require refrigeration and are provided by sponsor 

• 1-3 minute video that will be posted in the student group one week prior to the conference, uploaded to Youtube, and hyperlinked in the conference program.

• 1 eighth page page ad in the digital conference program (hyperlinked)

• One dedicated social media post pre or post event (your choice)

• Event meals and receptions at a discounted rate, if you do not purchase a general conference ticket
