Saturday Lunch Sponsorship

If you would like to use ACH and receive a 3% discount, please contact ncsenrichmentcon@gmail.com. 

• Your name/logo (hyperlinked) on the dedicated event page, and mentioned in every post, social media blast, ad and email blast that goes out. 

• 5 minutes to introduce your company on Saturday at lunch. Sponsor may display a banner they bring during their sponsored event.

• Vendor table at the event  (or may swap for 1 additional email or social media post)

• I dedicated email blast and one dedicated social media post pre or post event (your choice) 

• Your logo as a stamp to use for swag bingo. Swag provided (100+ pieces anticipated) and shipped/brought by sponsor to be distributed at your table. Swag item description and company logo must be received by March 30th. Vendor tables will open Thursday evening and be open during conference hours Friday and Saturday.

• 1 one half page ad in the digital conference program (hyperlinked)

• Event meal for the breakfast or lunch that you sponsor included

• All other event meals and receptions at a discounted rate, if you do not purchase a general conference ticket

• (One) Complimentary room upgrade 

• 2 dedicated, custom social media posts created by Newborn Care Solutions. Sponsor must contact info@newborncaresolutions.com by March 30th, 2025, to coordinate the creation process and provide a branding kit.
