INCLUDED WITH SPONSORSHIP:

Your name/logo (hyperlinked) on the dedicated event page, every post, social media blast, ad and email blast that goes out.

Sponsorship of the Closing Event with signage (sponsor brings their banners)

5 minutes to address the group at that opening event*

1 FB live in our student group of your choice (Mentorship, Elite Y1, Elite Y2, Master NCS or Alumni) on any topic you choose (must be utilized within 90 days before or after conference)

Your logo as a stamp to use for swag bingo. Swag provided (100+ pieces anticipated) and shipped/brought by sponsor to be distributed at your table. Swag item description and company logo must be received by March 30th. Vendor tables will open Thursday evening and be open during conference hours Friday and Saturday.

2 dedicated, custom social media posts created by Newborn Care Solutions. Sponsor must contact info@newborncaresolutions.com by March 30th, 2025, to coordinate the creation process and provide a branding kit
*If there is a shared sponsorship, then each gets 3 minutes. If this is a shared sponsorship, there is only one vendor table but it may be shared by the co-sponsors. Sponsors must decide who will get the suite upgrade or NCS will do a random drawing.
